NEGOCOM Atlantique cares about the personal data protection of its customers and web-users.

2. WHICH PERSONNAL DATA ARE COLLECTED BY NEGOCOM ALTANTIQUE ? 

As a guest you can access and browse our website without communicating your personal data, meaning all your information allowing us to identify you (title, surname and first name, email address, etc.). 

As customers (advertisers) or subscribers to our website’s newsletter, your personal data will be collected, either via a form, or during the creation on your personal account. The replies indicated by a red (*) are mandatory ; if the mandatory field is not completed, the creation of your personal account or receiving the newsletter will not be possible.  

Please note that our website is not aimed at minors. Consequently, the personal data collected and regarding minors will be deleted, unless NEGOCOM Atlantique has obtained the consent of the parents. 

NEGOCOM Atlantique does not collect any « sensitive » data. « Sensitive data » is defined as, all information relative to an individual showing : racial or ethnic origin ; political, philosophical or religious opinions, union membership, health and/or sexual life and/or criminal sentences relative information and in some cases national insurance / social security number or financial data. 

3. WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA ?

NEGOCOM Atlantique collects personal data which is only necessary for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes defined by our company. 

The aims of NEGOCOM Atlantique are the following : (i) management of your customer account, (ii) management contractual relationships (iii) sending our newsletter. 

The intended use of your personal data will be indicated to you.

4. TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE TRANSMITTED ? 

Your personal data will be used exclusively by NEGOCOM Atlantique. However, IT can also be forwarded to any judicial or administrative authority on request under subpoena, judgement or warrant.
